The impact of school culture is undervalued. I want to try to figure out how to build something that guides and maintains a positive, innovative, and life-giving culture for every student and educator. I would love for it to help our school, our classrooms, and anyone else that could benefit from a positive, uplifting, and forward driven culture in a consistent way.
