Over my time as a classroom teacher, one of the challenges I found was bringing all my students in my class up to speed with the skills they needed to be what I call "Digital Ninjas". Meaning- students who could fluently use the Digital tools to enhance their learning. It was hard to ensure consistency across the class let alone across the school. I didn't want my community of learners to be unable to access awesome learning experiences because of their lack of skills or use up valuable learning time going over and over basic user skills. So I wonder... What can opportunities can I create for students to take a leadership role in upskilling their peers? Could it be an apprenticeship type model? Can I develop a cascade model so it spreads across the school improving outcomes for more students and teachers?
