The challenge I'm currently experiencing in education is the development of teachers in utilizing technology in Thailand. Training sessions, especially practical ones, often focus on tool usage or designing and planning technology implementation based on instructional design theories. However, after training, teachers frequently struggle to apply their knowledge without experts present, leading to ineffective implementation. This lack of guidance results in the training not yielding the expected outcomes.
