Due to our students many needs, there are several people that participate in the students lives. Students have at home care, various school therapies, teachers, teachers aids, parents, etc. To have all of these amazing providers for our students is wonderful. However, information on student progress is constantly changing! This creates a type of information overload for not only classroom staff but also parents. We are constantly searching through old emails and paperwork trying to retrieve the most up to date information on student prompting levels, switch placements, range of motion changes, feeding, etc. Sharing this information is vital because our students need consistency across all environments in order to demonstrate growth. How can we develop a system of sharing information in a more collaborative, easily accessible, and timely manner?
