It seems that todays teachers are overwhelmed by the quick change of educational culture. Technology is developing so fast and to adopt new skills is hard work. My challenge is how to get the teachers to train their skills on a deeper level. How to motivate teachers to challenge themselves, and also to share their knowledge! How can we engage the schools and teachers to work together in a way that motivates them even more. The goal is to work and develop together. I would like to design a process for school districts for engaging them in a co-operative self learning project. This would be sold to teachers as an tech oriented project, but the focus would actually be in working and developing together.
