Conducting a conference with parents at the end of term/semester (especially during Pandemic) could be challenging as teachers usually do not have time to prepare student's work portfolio that could represent each student (and his/her ability) in the best way to show their true selves, while promoting student's authentic voice and ownership of their learning. The conference should also showcase each student work and essentially students strength, weaknesses, progresses and challenges as they are the most important parts of the conference.
