Challenge
In South Korea, the spotlight on digital education has grown significantly, marking a positive trend towards the digital transformation of education. The influx of related devices into schools marks the beginning of this shift. However, teachers are now faced with the dual challenge of integrating these technologies into their traditional lessons and managing the increased administrative workload that comes with new devices. Additionally, the task of learning unfamiliar technology further compounds their burden. Education authorities, responsible for distributing devices and allocating budgets, often lack precise knowledge in this field, acting more as administrators than experts. This disconnect leaves educators without the necessary support to explore and incorporate these technologies effectively. No one seems willing to undertake the added research and effort required to ease this transition. I am determined to drive a change in this situation.
