Many teachers have an incredibly busy and full schedule, already taking a lot of their work home and spending countless hours marking and preparing lessons. In addition to this they are asked to develop their subject knowledge, attend PD sessions and feed back to fellow teachers. Many teachers are leaving the profession as a result of these pressures. My challenge is to make PD Bite size, yet engaging enough to make is worthwhile and fun, giving back time to teachers who are under a lot of pressure to teach Wow-lessons every single day. Help them develop a feedback loop that is less time consuming and impacts the students, and support them in developing a system to cut down on time spent marking. All of this will give teachers more time to do what they do best: TEACH
