Challenge

All over the world, borders between countries are disappearing. Therefore, people of various races, ethnicities, and countries live together in one country. However, the Republic of Korea was a single-ethnic country for a long time. It is not a country where people of other ethnicities or races naturally live together. However, big changes are occurring in Korea as well. This can easily be seen at school as well. The number of multicultural students is increasing. You can't think of them as guests who just stop by for a moment. These people are also members of Korean society. Therefore, education must be provided so that it becomes natural for everyone to live together. However, multicultural students find life in Korea difficult. (Of course, there are differences depending on the person.) This is because their language, habits, and thoughts are fundamentally different. The more introverted you are, the more difficult it is to adapt. Other than school and home, there is no other place to be active. There is a government support policy, but I don't know if it has much effect on them. Korean students are initially wary of multicultural students. As time passes, there are cases where you stop being interested at all. It is rare to find a student who approaches first and expresses friendliness. Teachers have many students to educate in addition to multicultural students. We cannot prepare classes just for multicultural students. Above all, I don't know how to provide support. It is the basic trend of the world that various races, ethnicities, and countries live together. All humans have dignity in themselves in any society. Everyone should be respected as a member of society and live happily.
