Building new schools and creating new communities may be a challenge in many ways. How to get know each other, how to organize communication and information, and how to build a community to grow together? How to inform the staff, the guardians, and the students? There are a lot of borders to cross: the size of the school and uniting a single organization from four previously separate units, pupils from 0 to 16 years, and of course the different types of individuals whose needs are totally different depending on their backgrounds.
