Challenge
Traditional jobs roles are dying out while the need for competence in technology is growing. Educational institutions generally do not have the tools, time or resources to give their students a head start in the ever evolving workplace. Children are increasingly aware of this change and should be given at least a basic insight into fundamental programming, which can also be combined with existing subjects. The same applies to adult education. Adults who find themselves out of work are finding it hard to re-educate themselves to give them a chance with programming based jobs. Some are starting with only very basic computer skills, and the courses available do not cater to them.
