No I believe I have the ability to drive an idea to have impact as an innovator. Although my ideas maybe by starting points I would like to create something that enhances teaching and learning and somehow improves parental engagement surrounding children's education. In the school I currently working we sometimes find it hard for parents to to engage with with their child's education. However, if we can change mindsets and equipped parents with the the skill set they require to assist their child it may improve pupil outcomes to support the Triangle of education between parents school and the student themselves.
