To me, my biggest challenge is that we as teacher colleagues have such different basic knowledge in the digital aspect and most of all in generative AI. Can we really continue to overlook the potential of generative AI in creating a more inclusive and democratic learning environment for all our students? How do we secure that every child and youth will be able to learn what they need to learn, when the teachers don't have the same basic platform?
