I have worked as a teacher for many years and I have seen how education has developed and changed. But one thing worries me. Students loose their joy of learning. Everything in school focuses on grades and everything they do in school has to be judged and valued. This causes a lot of social illness and mental stress. I want to see the sparkle in the eyes of children learning new things, discovering the environment, making their own conclusions - just because they can see their own progress. Not being compared to others but work together to learn. Just enjoy learning. My challenge as a Google Innovator is how to use G Suite as a tool for students to be secure in school. To learn and develop as a person. To see their own progress and together with classmates and teachers take the next step in a lifelong learning.
