I want to make an improvement for each and every student and teacher in the school. They put in a lot of time working with many different digital tools. Sometimes this can be a hardship and time consuming. It would be my challenge to save time for everyone. Moreover, I want to succeed with the digitalisation. No more wasted teacher time, unnecessary costs or worse work performance. The digital classroom becomes more and more important and have to be well organised and easier to access. I would like to lead the digitalisation to change the working methods in the school district. Furthermore, I would like to give digital skills to everyone in the school as well as equal access and use. Henceforth I would like to discover innovations that prove effective and saving us time.
