By 2030 27% of all jobs will be in the Artificial Intelligence field. The challenge I see is preparing our students to enter this space. We need to do more to explore this world with our students so they can be prepared. Currently, I don't see teachers and leaders taking this exploration seriously enough. Many leaders are fearful of bringing AI into the classroom due to privacy issues. However, the implications of not allowing the students to explore the world mean we are not preparing them for their future.
