Challenge
Teachers and parents are struggling to communicate with each other in a digital environment which doesn't help students in their learning process. The process of communication isnt structured or standardized, so teachers and parents communicate through many different platforms at once. It takes much more time and distracts both sides of the process. Also, when it comes to individual meetings, there is again no standard, so parents don't know how long the meeting should be and don't feel any time limits, so teachers usually spend much more time for meetings than was planned. I want to dig into this issue and help educators to create and stick to a culture of communication that will help them to be more efficient. Communication should support the educational process, and not be a problem.
