According to research conducted by XQ, 65% of the jobs that will exist in 5 years are currently not jobs. Furthermore, we are not exactly for sure what they jobs will look like. How do we as educators prepare students for jobs in the future that do not even exist today? It is important that we prepare students for the future, but if we do not know what that is going to be how do we do that?
