Organizing and justifying time spent is a challenge tech teachers and coaches face. However, it is not just about having location data, it is also about having data related to learning outcomes and having the ability to measure impact on teaching and learning. Many coaches want to use Google Calendar to organize themselves but find it just doesn’t do exactly what they need it to do so a schedule designed in a Sheet is used. While Forms can be used to generate data about the where and the what, it doesn’t provide a connection to the schedule that anyone is easily able to quickly set up and use. Coaches and tech teachers need something they can show others, and use themselves, to keep track of where and how they are spending their time, be booked, generate data related to learning outcomes and have a way to measure impact.
