Indonesia is a very huge country and very diverse. We do have cities and areas which are already very advanced in almost everything but there are also more areas which are still very lacking in many things, such as shortage of power, digital literacy and the growth mindset problem to improve their lives and teachings in schools for teachers. Currently in my school where I am working, there is a big gap between the teachers age and level of knowledge when it comes to technology. The teachers of the older generation is very reluctant to be given knowledge of what technology is all about and how to use it, whereas the younger generation hit it off really well and fast. The reluctancy and growrth mindset is another challenge that I am currently facing.
