As we have been on virtual schooling over a year now, we have come a long way through this platforms. A whole new meaning for learning has been created. Methods, pedagogy, tools, student centered activities have gone a long way using various tools and strategies. But, what would happen when we get back to physical schooling. When we get back to those tables and chairs with a white board in front of you. How do I encourage educators to effectively implement these strategies, use these tools on a daily basis? How do I support and build confidence in educators to use the skills learned, methodologies implemented during virtual learning in physical schooling. So, my challenge is to support teachers to be confident in transforming the physical schooling methodologies and bring in applicable methods and professional development to educate teacher on this transition.
