During the pandemic, every seminar and workshop for teacher activities turned into online seminars (webinar). As we know, the easiest way to collect all participants' registration data is using google form. Participants can have more than a thousand people join at the same webinar at once. And for this era big data is so important to be managed. But what if the teacher is involved as a webinar committee that involves thousands of participants and a variety of important information that must be managed effectively and efficiently. This has led me to be able to find out, what are the difficulties in managing participant data professionally?
