A challenge that affects our community is the teachers are still following the chalk and blackboard method. They do not prefer using technology in their teaching. Educators from all levels from schools to higher studies are holding this system. As a result, the students do not get fun in their learning. Even the teachers are not well equipped in using tech tools while the learners are more tech-friendly. These groups struggle against each other to achieve their goals. This challenge matters because it has negative impacts on students learning. While the beginner teachers attempt in using technology, the aged teachers make them demotivated and because of that the young teachers get frustrated and give up using technological tools. This affects student engagement as well as learning. So, how can we bridge this gap?
