My challenge is to help my colleagues - and educators as well - to create their own framework, teaching model/method. As a Google Certified Coach, I often interview my colleagues: they realise how important it is to develop 21st century skills in their students, to motivate them through engaging, authentic and meaningful lessons, to stimulate their curiosity and ignite the fire of curiosity and a desire to learn in their students. My colleagues can use digital tools but they haven’t deeply understood how to effectively do it with the appropriate teaching approach. They can’t plan student-centred lessons or skills-based classrooms. Guiding educators in their professional development through the construction of their own teaching methods and resources is my challenge.
