The challenge that i always encounter is that teachers are not ready to the "change". They sometimes tend to be resistant in the new developments that are being offered and introduced to them. Teachers sometimes feel that they cannot integrate technology as they are already use to their traditional ways. It is important that we help teachers to become ready in a digital shift that we want to achieve. It may not be fully, but the first steps are crucial. We have to make sure that new ideas will be introduced to them smoothly in a way that they will have a positive experience for them to be fully on board to the programs that we want to implement towards innovation. Developing a habit or culture of technology plus support system for all the teachers and admins would be important towards successful implementation and sustainability.
