While using spreadsheet to analyze data is nothing new, using add ons that complete inferential stats analysis provides a level of sophistication for student science research projects has the power to increase the quality of student work. This knowledge can't exist only as a technology skill. Teachers need to have a conceptual understanding of how the analysis strategies can better inform experimental results. This project addressed that question to build capacity of teachers so they can better instruct their students.
