ProfLab is a training program for education professionals to promote experiences about design, technology, and creativity. The main objective is developing skills and competences based on practical experiences. To achieve this goal we design contents, environments, and practices to encourage people to develop creative projects to transform their pedagogical practices. At each training, the participants are invited to develop some kind of project, reflection or content that can be put into practice immediately in their classes. The ProfLab training experiences are designed so that they can be easily adapted and replicated by teachers along with their students.
