MentorMeEdu is a virtual mentoring program that seeks to address new teacher attrition. New teachers are matched with a mentor (veteran teachers) in a virtual setting so they have a support system as they become more seasoned educators. I have learned that I need to revamp the program and create a different matching platform to match new teachers and their veteran mentor.
