My Challenge: At Kildare Catholic College, we have had tremendous success with identifying students who require specialist help with their literacy, numeracy, behaviour, handwriting or wellbeing. We have built comprehensive data walls and assembled a high functioning and cohesive team of intervention specialists. We meet regularly to discuss individualised action but struggle to gauge impact. My Project: To construct a unified platform for data and intervention practice. Bringing together intervention and learning data into one location for teachers to refer, understand student progress, gain insight into student wellbeing, informing specialists to act. The project uses sites, forms, sheets, apps script and awesome table, automating processes to track and report progress.
