You have the opportunity to connect with other educators in order to have a positive collaboration experience. Many of our previous experiences could leave negative impressions as we have "had" to work with others, many of whom are hesitant to share what has been successful in their own classrooms. We all have similar struggles with teaching, and similar situations to overcome as we handle classroom dynamics. It would be great if we were not resistant to sharing our own experiences in order to better those of someone else, or help another teacher in creating positive collaboration and actual team work. This is then available to model to our students, who commonly struggle with group work - as, ironically, assigned to them by us educators in the classroom. Help be a part of changing collaborative culture by creating positive experiences with others, and having them replicate the same.
