BURNED-IN Teacher is a scaling community of educators who are feeling the effects of burnout for various reasons. Not only is BIT a website/blog/(future podcast), it also has a growing community on Facebook. Use the acronym BURNED-IN Teacher as described in the blog to run a small group program in your school that opens up the conversation about what each teacher needs to feel more successful and fulfilled in their career. Have them take a personality assessment, find a mentor or accountability buddy, and let them be the leader of their own journey. One cannot prescribe one fix for all levels of burnout. There are too many reasons for feeling unhappy and unfulfilled.
