We develop how might we install "Learner-Centered" approach into classroom with teachers in Japan. Our team deployed three-month program which has two parts, "bridge learning connect" and "bridge learning collaboration." On one hand, in "connect" part, teachers express their classroom practice through dialogue each other. On the other hand, in "collaboration" part, teachers empathize their students deeply through making persona and discussing each other, after that, they create their plan of project-based learning.
