Nepal is one of the least developed countries in the world. Here, the number of villages is greater than the number of towns. Our main challenges in education is that we do not find good teachers in our villages. Teachers of the subjects like Mathematics, Science, and English are limited only to urban areas because of the greater facilities and the opportunities they can enjoy here. They don’t want to go to the remote areas to teach. As a result, in the villages, we have many such primary schools where there is only one teacher to teach 81 students from 5 different classes. This is a major issue in the villages. How can the schools in villages be run without sufficient and qualified teachers? But in my opinion, this issue can be addressed through ICT as we can have Internet access and computer labs in the village schools as well.
