according to my Experience as an educator, i was facing 2 big challenge from management perspective and teacher perspective. From Management perspective is to convince the management that education is different than commercial business, we have a sense of social responsibility and the business will comes following. But many education from the private school is lack to see the intangibles value of the business, they treat the financial as higher measurement. from the teachers perspective, is to retraining again about contextual teaching, because of generation change. every teacher should empower their knowledge with the relevan daily activity that impacting with student live nowaday
