Challenge: a systematic way to review, discuss and collate the impact for the use of new ideas, tools within teaching and learning. Why it matters: As a teacher we are regularly trained, informed and asked to use new concepts/ideas or technology within our classroom. There is time given to train staff but very little time give to review the impact. Teachers need to be able to see what aspects worked well as well as see which did not work well. This way teachers are focusing their time towards useful ideas to innovate their lessons instead of making the same mistakes other teachers may have already made.
