Challenge

One problem I often see is people finding themselves in coaching or admin positions and they don't know how to design engaging PD resources for teachers, make important information accessible, or even make a weekly newsletter. Because of this, teachers lose interest and their message doesn't get out. As a coach, I am often sitting in or delivering professional development. I also spend a lot of time sourcing and creating resources for teachers. This constant need to communicate information had me thinking about how we should be leveraging design tools to make my messages attractive and clear.
