Recognizing talent is a skill that uniquely connotes an individual. If not identified and solicited, it can be lost. If instead, it is highlighted, cultivated, and refined, it can help improve the sense of self-efficacy and offers opportunities for the future. Supporting and guiding students in discovering their talents must be one of the areas of work that the school must contemplate. But how? When? We are so busy teaching subject contents. That we don't pay attention to this dimension. Did anyone teach us the ability to guide one's choices to achieve goals that lead us to cultivate our talents and happiness? The answer is NO!
