Above I talked about the Embedded Coaching Program I established at my School in 2018 and the challenges we had making the space and time for coaching conversations to happen. In 2019 I am hoping to develop a system whereby I can help facilitate these conversations happening both within the school, but also beyond as we continue to expand our reach and seek greater input into our pedagogy. With Google Calendar, Google Hangout and Google Classroom, I am looking to leverage technology to help manage and track coaching sessions and monitor goal setting and performance on key milestones. I am hoping to use technology to encourage participants engagement with and accountability of their own process throughout the program. As convenor, I would like to be able to map and support these conversations and to help foster a rich community of practice within and beyond our school.
