Many of the school leaders struggle with the feeling of not having enough time to be a digital leader. There are so many courses to attend to, many of them are not linked to the school or are just isolated to just one occasion. School leaders in Sweden are also hard to reach and talk to about these things. Mostly they delegate this digital knowledge to the teachers or ICT staff. My challenge is, therefore, to combine developing leadership that saves time tor principals.
