Challenge

Academic progress is at the heart of everything we do in school. How this is tracked, monitored and developed internally is paramount to the success of every Primary School in the UK. My goal is to move our Primary School Multi Academy Trust to a printerless institution! However, when moving away from paper and pencil my challenge is that we are unable to collate the work for one pupil in one space. Taking a pile of books to moderation is currently easier than sharing online learning with leadership teams for external moderation. We are unable to share the work of learners to external parties and be proud of their achievements as easily as we could by taking along their books. We are unable to monitor work that is buried within classrooms in individual drives. How can I change the mindset that children's workbooks are a thing of the past!
