Teachers are heavily relying on the content of textbooks and premade curriculum materials to teach and to assess learning. They experienced great difficulty in preparing lessons with the students in mind. Now that we went on remote learning, I often receive inquiries about how to prevent cheating in this new context?. How can I help teachers move from multiple-choice questions into a more real and authentic performance-based assessment where learning feels impactful, useful, and solves real-world problems?
