We often hear about mental health and emotional intelligence in the school environment, but the focus is always on the student, never on the teacher. And after the first few months of the pandemic of the new corona virus, I understood that my role was exactly to engage educators to turn their eyes to themselves and understand the importance of exploring their emotions, talking about feelings and understanding about self-care. This is how Emot.IVO emerged, a journey of exploration through the universe of feelings and emotions guided by Ivo, a virtual assistant.
